About the Women of NAMM
While women play an essential role across all facets of our industry, they remain significantly underrepresented in leadership positions. This is not just an issue of equity, it is a challenge to the vitality of the industry itself.
Women of NAMM (WoN) is a NAMM program dedicated to increasing female representation, particularly in leadership roles, across the music products, pro audio and entertainment technology sectors. WoN pursues its mission and vision to benefit all women in NAMM member companies through intentional efforts to connect, support and grow female professionals and their careers.
About the Women of NAMM Leadership Fund
The Women of NAMM Leadership Fund was established to remove financial barriers that prevent women from accessing professional development and leadership opportunities. Through scholarships, the fund enables participation in the Women of NAMM Summit and The NAMM Show, creating pathways to connection, mentorship and career advancement.
