With the Aug. edition of The NAMM Foundation newsletter, we are saying goodbye to the current format and kick off our Oct. 1 edition with a new look and consolidated content to help you participate in The NAMM Foundation.
Developed by the Music Achievement Council, a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization, the First Performance National Day of Celebration (FPNDoC) is a turnkey demonstration concert designed to recognize and celebrate beginning band and orchestra students for their achievements.
The NAMM Foundation first provided Little Kids Rock with a Music Making Grant in 2002 and provided initial support for this program that is now having national impact by restoring, expanding and innovating music education in schools. Little Kids Rock trains public school educators and donates instruments and curricular resources to support the needs of school music programs.
